Junior ERP Application Consultant

One of our key figures is the consultant, who, by carrying out training, coordination and supervision activities, becomes the point of reference for our clients at various stages of project progress.

The ideal candidate will specialise in ERP consulting.

The successful candidate will be based in Reggio Emilia, supporting the PM in managing workflows arising from clients in central and southern Italy.

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

– Support and training of end users for their daily needs;
– Support to the PM in defining project specifications and identifying the most suitable technical and functional solutions;
– Support in managing the assigned project phases relating to development at the customer’s premises;
– Verification of interface customisations in relation to business needs;

REQUIREMENTS

– At least basic knowledge of SQL;
– Analytical skills, aimed at understanding IT problems in small, medium and large companies;
– Interpersonal skills and willingness to travel;
– Focus on results and personal growth;

THE FOLLOWING ARE WELCOME AND CONSTITUTE A PLUS

– knowledge of administrative, accounting and management procedures;
– knowledge of the English language;
